Dezan Shira & Associates is a premier provider of offshore services.  While the company does not actually register offshore entities, it does coordinate the registration of offshore entities with offshore administrators to meet its client's needs. These entities often include holding companies for Multinational, Chinese and Indian subsidiaries, offshore companies that will open representative offices or branch offices, registration of offshore intermediary companies, and the establishment of cross border holding entities to maximize the international tax advantages that can be possible with overseas business structures.



The firm also advises its clients regarding establishing offshore or foreign commercial banking relations and how to put offshore assets to work.  Although we are not in the business of giving investment advice, recommending banks or investment advisors, we do advise our clients about the types of responsible investment options available and we help them to establish relations with reputable banks and investment advisors.
