Hoang Thu Huyen - Manager
Huyen joined Dezan Shira & Associates Vietnam as the Country Manager since its first date of operation in early 2008. She is in charge of operations throughout the country, manages in-house lawyers, tax and accounting experts and consults directly over investment, legal and tax issues for international companies wishing to establish operations in Vietnam. She is also actively involved in writing articles and supporting Vietnam Briefing.
Huyen is a graduate in international economics from the Foreign Trade University and holds an MBA from the National Economics University in Hanoi. She has ten years of experience in corporate structuring, finance management, project appraisal, legal, tax and business management issues related to both local Vietnamese and foreign investors in the country. She speaks English and Vietnamese.
