Doing Business in China for Netanya Academic College MBA Program

On April 28th, the Beijing office of Dezan Shira & Associates will host MBA students from Netanya Academic College for a briefing on doing business in China.

Angela Ma and Kyle Freeman from International Business Advisory team will provide a broad perspective on doing business in China and cover strategic pre-entry considerations, legal structures available to foreign investors in China, China's tax regime and common pitfalls and operational issues faced by foreign-invested companies in China.
