Doing Business in China for Bentley University MBA Program

On January 5th, the Beijing office of Dezan Shira & Associates will host MBA students from Bentley University for an introduction to doing business in China.
Kyle Freeman and Ines Liu from the International Business Advisory team will provide an overview of doing business in China and cover strategic pre-entry considerations, legal structures available to foreign investors in China, China's tax regime and common pitfalls and operational issues faced by foreign-invested companies in China.
