China’s New Lower Incorporation Requirements

Manager for Business Advisory Services team, Ms. Shu Dan, and Business Development Associate, Ms. Maria Kotova, from the Shanghai offices of Dezan Shira & Associates will present at the event, China’s New Lower Incorporation Requirements on April 24 hosted by BenCham and the Danish Chamber of Commerce in China. Shu Dan and Maria will discuss the implications of the reform and assess the business opportunities that have emerged with these new regulations.

Shu Dan is the manager for the Shanghai Business Advisory Services team at Dezan Shira & Associates. She advises clients in the set up of their China-based entities. She has a great deal of experience in the areas of due diligence, intellectual property, human resources compliance and M & A.

 

Maria Kotova is a Business Advisory associate in the Shanghai offices of Dezan Shira & Associates. She advises clients on corporate establishment, taxation and legal issues for their investments in China. Her work often includes analysis on corporate tax structuring, equity transfers, profit repatriation issues, analysis of legal and tax implications for setting up an entity, and individual income tax optimization review.
