In this presentation, we will overview individual income tax in China with its new amendment and the Chinese social security system, including an overview, it’s advantage, inconvenient and a focus on foreigner’s situation. In the afternoon, we will explain company’s monthly payroll process; its imputes and how we incorporate them into the calculation process. We also cover Payroll approval process and annual requirements. At last, we will provide an explanation of the complications involved in seconding staff from overseas from the legal and taxation perspectives, with its Visa-related, taxes, and mandatory benefit issues.
