Hank has been a licensed U.S. CPA since 1986, and was previously with Ernst & Young in Texas. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University. Previously serving as a finance director on several U.S. boards, he moved with his wife to China in 2008 and assists U.S. clients with their legal and tax planning and compliance obligations in China. He is based in our Shanghai office.
