About 40 percent of our clients are American and Dezan Shira & Associates is a long standing members of the American Chamber of Commerce in China. We are also members of the prestigious American accounting network The Leading Edge Alliance based in Chicago. We employ a number of American nationals and some of our Chinese staff having been educated in the United States. Our client base from the United States encompasses both NYSE listed multinationals as well as smaller companies, and are familiar with U.S. businesses reporting requirements for Sarbannes-Oxley and IRS Form 4571 reporting requirements for U.S. subsidiaries in China. We are also able to handle the readjustment of Chinese accounts to U.S. GAAP.
