Chris 是公司创始人。早前曾先后供职于香港的《亚洲法律与实践》,香港吴少鹏律师事务所(Ng & Shum),以及莫萨克•冯赛卡(Mossack Fonseca & Co.)国际律师事务所。Chris于1992年设立了协力管理咨询并将事务所由一家华南性的事务所发展成为一家在中国,香港,印度及越南均有经营的国际公认的事务所。如今,他仍是事务所的高级合伙人,除了担任国际合伙人委员会主席外,他还具体负责印度事务所的发展。他经常往返于印度与北京之间。


1999年,Chris 还创立了亚洲简报出版有限公司,以数种语言出版各种不同书刊。其中包括《中国简报》,《印度简报》,《越南简报》,《二十六亿》及各种其它小杂志,包括一系列地区性旅行及文化刊物。亚洲简报出品五种不同月刊,目前已出版了50余种涉及外商直接投资法律和税务问题的书籍。


过去六年来,他一直担任著名的《北京周报》的专栏作家,《北京周报》是50年前由毛主席创刊的一家中国政府所属的商业杂志。他的评论经常见诸《经济学家》,《时代》,《华尔街日报》,《金融时代》,《每日电讯》,《卫报》,《华南早报》,《中国日报》,《印度教徒报》,《印度时报》,《上海日报》以及大量其它国际公认的出版物。


他是一名受到国际欢迎的评论人,皇家英联邦联合会、年轻总裁协会、中国探险学会,京城俱乐部及北京美洲俱乐部会员。
