Dezan Shira & Associates has been operational in China since 1992 and maintain nine offices in Mainland China and one in Hong Kong. The services we provide are to foreign investors wishing to establish a presence in the country, in addition to restructuring or providing other business advisory, administration, operational and tax accounting and due diligence advice to already established multinationals in the country.
We are a licensed tax practice in China and in common with the larger firms also provide a business advisory services, business licensing, tax planning and compliance work. In total we are retained by about 1,700 clients in China from over 70 countries and employ about 150 full time business advisory, accounting, tax and audit professionals in the country to assist with our clients due diligence, corporate establishment, tax and accounting needs.
In addition, we maintain a China payroll services division, handling payroll for multinational corporations requiring this service in China. The firm also publishes the well known China Briefing magazine as a regular educational tool for foreign investors.
