Sr. Testing Engineer

职位概要 Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Test Engineer who is comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment. Responsible for testing system requirements to ensure proper functionality within various applications and post-live support related to Dynamics AX 2012 product. This role is also going to involve in software development other area if capable.

主要职责 （基本功能）Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

• Software testing and Support
  软件测试与技术支持
• Work closely with developers to create related test cases and prepare test documents to ensure the system accurately meet business requirements
  与开发人员密切合作，建立相关的测试用例，准备测试文档，确保系统准确地满足业务需求
• Improve software testing procedure, tools and quality
  改善软件测试流程、工具和质量
• Make testing plan and conduct testing on software systems to detect and track quality issues
  制定测试计划并进行系统测试来发现和追踪质量问题
• Gather information and seek guidance from clients in order to develop documentation that is accurate, complete, unambiguous and as concise as possible
  通过从客户收集来的信息和指导编写准确，全面，明确并且简洁的需求文档
• Post-live training and support
  上线后的培训和支持
• 其他任务
  Other Duties
• 执行上级分配的与软件相关的任务和特殊项目
  Implement special projects and duties relating to software as directed by managers
• 作为公司内部职员，对管理层提出工作相关的意见建议
  As an employee of the company, provide suggestions and opinions to the management level of the company
• 酌情参予相关活动（资源现场，客户培训等）
  Participate in related events, as appropriate (resource on-site, client training, etc.)

工作要求 Job Requirements

技能Skills

• Understand any Object-Oriented Programming languages such as Java, C++, C#
  了解任何一门面向对象开发语言，例如C#, Java, C++,
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle
  掌握至少一门数据库的使用，如Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle
• Ability to evaluate and interpret end user information requirements, and to make appropriate solutions
  有评估和理解分析用户的需求信息能力，并制定相应的系统或程序作为解决方案
• Must have strong troubleshooting skills, able to work independently to solve problems
  必须有很强的解决问题能力，可以独自工作
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic Communications
  能积极的通过邮件，电话或者其他沟通给予技术支持
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  自我激励，细节为导向并且有条理的
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills (oral and written)
  良好地沟通（口头和书面），人际交往，组织和表达能力
• Excellent English communication skill is a plus
  良好地英语沟通能力优先

教育背景 Educational Background

• Bachelor degree or job experience providing similar skills
  学士或本科毕业或同等工作经验
• Software Engineering, Computer Science, MIS related majors
  软件工程，计算机，管理信息系统相关专业

经验 Experience

• Applicants with ERP program development experience
  有ERP开发项目经验优先
• At least 3 years Testing experience
  至少三年测试经验
