This person will play a key role in the Dezan Shira & Associates (DSA) Marketing team, by researching and engaging with through direct outbound communications to drive new Project Opportunities campaigning and opportunity identification, follow-up and distribution to DSA’s specialists.By researching, communicating with and then sharing informative publications with prospects in the USA and Europe related to our professional services (legal, tax, accounting, payroll and IT), this person generates critical market engagement and new leads for the firm. This is an entry level position with a solid opportunity for advancement into marketing, advisory or business development upon performance and skills development.

Key duties/responsibilities:

Opportunity Identification & Development :

  • Generate new leads from global markets for DSA via the below daily activities.
  • Act as DSA’s first response follow up of prospect enquiries, independent direct target marketing campaigns, and by providing support for campaigns led by our marketing and BD teams across Asia;.
  • Independently driving a managed cycle of prospect engagement and follow-ups;.
  • Informing and engaging the market, by sharing DSA regulatory briefings and thought leadership reports, .
  • Scoping of prospects’ initial qualified requirements, and connecting them with appropriate DSA specialists;.
  • Collaborate with DSA Marketing, BD and Advisory professionals;.



Other Responsibilities:

  • Keep abreast of DSA’s latest publications every day, to continually enhance your knowledge;
  • Develop a business understanding DSA’s professional services;
  • Work within and maintain prospect and customer information within DSA’s CRM and software systems;
  • Provide regular campaign and activity reports in a timely manner;
  • Represent DSA at business events to assist with the PR of firm's products and services;
  • Support marketing, business development and advisory professionals in team with back office support;
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently and independently, under deadline;



Requirements:

  • Works in a procedural manner, at a detail level, with both creative and problem solving skills..



Educational background and technical knowledge:

  • Two years (or more), outbound sales experience in a multinational company, or similar;.
  • Bachelor degree or higher;.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite; Previous CRM experience is a plus.
  • Awareness of business and accounting principles (legal, tax, and financial matters is desirable).



Languages:

  • Native level of written English; Other European language skills considered favorably..
